founded in 1990, and combined the practices of two
experienced and well known lawyer/lobbyists, James
J. Butera and Wright
H. Andrews. As highlighted further below,
the firm's name principals each have over 25 years of
extensive federal government relations and political
experience on a broad range of issues.
